Job Description
For the Small Business market segment;
- Establish targets, prioritize and orchestrate the implementation of the strategic plan in collaboration with our partners;
- Highlight priorities to maximize market share growth and profitability in this segment;
- Be responsible for achieving objectives and delivering strategic initiatives.
You will also contribute to other priorities in the Commercial Banking sector;
- Provide expert interpretation and advice on complex issues related to the Bank's strategic directions and participate in the development of new approaches to be adopted;
- Inform stakeholders of the evolution of strategic initiatives, and influence them by effectively sharing the vision of the sector;
- Contribute to strengthening the reputation of the NBC in your market by acting as a recognized leader and expert in your field of business.
Required competenties:
- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the business sector and four years of relevant experience OR University certificate/PUB 1st cycle and eight years of relevant experience
- Experience in defining and implementing strategies for a mass market
- Experience in project management and/or process improvement
- Excellent command of English and French, both oral and written as you will work with groups across Canada
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of the small business segment, including customer expectations and the reality of corporate and personal sales teams
- Knowledge of the corporate financial services industry and challenges
