Job Description
More specifically, you will:
- Establish and monitor the evolution of Bank client targets: forecasts, trends, division by priority segments, geographic market, etc.
- Develop, implement and track tools and management reports to monitor our client targets and strategies
- Develop and monitor client performance indicators by analyzing the data: lifetime value, client income, etc.
- Work closely with analytics teams to ensure synergy, consistent use of data and adherence to analytics practices
- Promote the analysis of client data as part of business line projects and value chains to help with business strategy, audience definition, business case hypotheses, etc.
- Help draw up client acquisition and engagement strategies and design priority client journeys
- Be an expert in assessing new client journey monitoring tools and their implementation: value of the client experience, monitoring client journeys, etc.
Competencies required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience OR master’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with BI visualization tools (SSRS, Power BI)
- Experience in data analysis
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, an asset
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Knowledge of Big Data environments, an asset
- Independence, initiative, attention to detail
- Proven ability to influence
- Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
