Job Description

You understand the business and technological issues, identify them, analyze them and determine the operational needs in collaboration with the members of the project. You have the ability to translate business needs into functional needs, to document and explain them. You have a sense of initiative, and you pay attention to detail.

Your role:

  • Participate in various initiatives while ensuring the deliver of the phases, the implementation of changes and the delivery of initiatives having an impact on the efficiency of the processes.
  • Assist in the definition of the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Collect, document, analyze and understand business needs.
  • Organise and plan out the tasks and schedule.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Coordinate and oversee internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure the delivery of the projects.
  • Represent the project in industry meetings/workshops and ensure the transfer of information to all parties affected.
  • Manage priorities and ensure the value of improvements/solutions delivered based on business needs.
  • Communicate proactively in a synthetic way the results, issues and risks to all stakeholders.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the financial markets industry an advantage.
  • Experience in project management role.
  • Experience in project delivery and change management.
  • Experience in an advisory role with management.
  • Ease of managing multiple priorities and focused on results.
  • Team player, ability to influence and positively mobilize stakeholders.
  • Leadership, initiative, autonomy and communication skills.
  • Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English.
