Job Description

What is the role?
Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, effort, assumptions, dependencies and develop process improvements that can mitigate challenges identified.
Manage business improvement plans and ensure priorities are set and executed accordingly.
Implement process improvements that provide productivity gains for the sales organization, augment speed to market, reduce risk and meet due diligence requirements.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Take ownership of the sales process that is assigned to you and act as SME.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams throughout all of BCE to identify areas of improvement and address any issues or challenges stakeholders in the process have.
  • Develop an integrated plan of process improvements, set a timeline and track progress until completion.
  • Document process and process changes through EPC.
  • Align all internal stakeholders specific to the proposed process improvement and receive sign-off from all impacted stakeholders.
  • Identify Opex/Capex requirements for your initiatives and build out benefit projections.
  • Develop communication plans and bulletins to announce changes in sales processes.
  • Develop tools and presentations related to sales processes.
  • Train all users of processes whenever new changes are implemented or provide refreshers when needed.
  • Serve as a coach and consultant to all stakeholders in the sales processes.

 

Education/ Experience :

  • 6+ years experience with demonstrated results and/or University degree – Business Administration (undergraduate or MBA).
  • Process management/design, project management, deal management or coordination experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Must be proficient in MS suite and familiarity with EPC and Salesforce.com tools would be an asset.  Financial and business-related acumen.
  • Strong knowledge of BBM organization, the various departments’ functions, Operating models, and processes.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively by maximizing each team member’s abilities and skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities to elicit solution ideas, identify project risk and associated mitigation strategy. 
  • Team player with high energy and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective presentation and relationships skills – ability to instill confidence in peers, team members and executives.
  • Understanding of Bell processes, products, and offerings with deep knowledge of the solution and/or product mix.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, summarize concepts quickly and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills – able to work on several projects concurrently and able to prioritize work in a dynamic environment – meeting changing business needs.
  • Capability to make connections and see the big picture between processes.
  • Results-oriented and deadline-focused with excellent attention to detail.
