As an senior administrative agent, you will work with rigor in a support role with a global scope of action on the bank.

The varied and complex administrative tasks will allow you to acquire and share in-depth knowledge on many levels.
This position reports to Diana Stefanutti, Senior Manager- Real Estate Financing Canada and is based in Montreal
Your main challenges:
- See to the administration of complex files, while providing advanced administrative support during professional activities.
- Collect, compile, and ensure the quality of a variety of readily available data.
- Manage participating, syndicated, club deal and silent sales loan portfolios according to established policies, standards, and procedures.
- Autonomously perform various administrative and indexing activities according to established policies, standards, and procedures.
- Respond appropriately to requests from clients and stakeholders involved in files by offering quality professional services
- Respect the prescribed deadlines and ensure that you meet the quality standards
- Support colleagues in the resolution of non-standard files requiring in-depth knowledge of the activities
- Identify operational issues, propose solutions, and participate in the new procedures.
More specifically, you will:
- Ensure the management and administrative monitoring of loan portfolios
- Produce/validate reports required by various stakeholders and ensure the integrity of data for the purposes of the Bank’s financial statements.
- Ensure that quality standards are met, while making the necessary corrections to the way of doing things and procedures.
- Act as a resource person and provide support to the entire team.
- Process requests and transactions related to the various LOAN IQ products.
- Follow up on deadlines and make reimbursements according to the procedures in force.
- Provide administrative support to account representatives in the sector.
- Carry out rigorous control of day-to-day activities and see to the general administration of files.
- Follow up on pricing, renewals, and banking reports on time.
- Collect, compile, verify accuracy and index financial data.
- Establish and maintain effective communications with the various stakeholders involved in the files.
- Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and four years of relevant experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Good knowledge of commercial products and services
- Experience with commercial sector files, an asset
- Knowledge of LoanIQ, CRM, LIS and ICOP applications, an asset
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical mind and resourcefulness
- Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English, essential as you will support teams across Canada
- Verbal and written communication skills
