Roles/Responsibilities:

• Point contact to work with IT Controls Testing based on NIST CSF framework
• Periodic IT Control testing
  • Create Audit Engagement in SNOW
  • Add the controls in the Audit Engagement (SNOW) that we agree will be scope for Qx 20xx testing
  • Create a document to provide Background and Scoping on the project (use template provided) also Prepare mail template for sending GRC announcement
  • Create evidence requests emails and notifications by leveraging the SNOW Audit Management platform
  • Contact Control Owners to make sure the control is in place and Control operates effectively
  • Document the Process in Audit Management module for all tested controls
  • Review the controls and assess them based on Design and Operating effectiveness
  • Prepare reports on Testing Kick-off with Timelines, Draft reports to the Control Owner and Final report to the Senior Management
  • Ensuring Remediation plan is in place for non-Compliant Controls
  • Create and monitor Issue tasks for ineffective controls and assign to Control Owners
  • Create Excel template with the updates on Project lifecycle right from Project kick start till Lessons Learned
• Responsible for clear documentation on new process and updates in the existing process
• Perform testing and self-assessments on the controls and ensure quality checks on all artefacts
• Ensure all IT controls comply to the Cybersecurity standards  
• Ensure all audit and compliance related artefacts are stored
• Initiate and Monitor Enhancement and Defect tickets identified in Audit Management Module
• Point of contact to UAT and Smoke testing of Audit Management Module in SNOW
• Support UAR review

 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in security application testing
• Experience in a lead or management position
• Knowledge on NIST CSF Control Framework and Cybersecurity standards
• Knowledge in Audit Management Module in SNOW with the Process flow
