Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Using the CPS Guiding Principles, you will lead aggressive continuous improvement efforts to:

* Manage and support facility logistics activities

* Eliminate excess inventory

* Maintain high class Inventory accuracy

* Support for New Project Implementation

* Manage material to PFEP-defined flow paths

* Provide development, maintenance support of site logistics and Logistics Engineering requirements   for the customer

* Manage appropriate logistics Standards

* Monitor site logistics performance, determine root cause and take corrective action

Required Qualifications:

* Knowledge and understanding of 6 Sigma project management principles

* CPS Functional Job Role Qualified

* SAP Warehouse Management System

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures

* Solid knowledge in Inventory accuracy & Turns

* College or university degree bachelor or Masters preferably in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering

* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

* Ability to work independently with minimal direction

* Solid logistics and manufacturing processes knowledge

* Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Warehouse Management or relevant experience in 3PL

* Extensive material distribution experience

* Knowledge of material handling equipment and Storage Machinery and Equipment

* Working understanding of the various materials systems and how they interrelate

* Excellent communication skills

Desired Qualifications:
* Previous experience leading teams and supervising people;
* Prior experience working in a Logistics / Warehouse environment;
* Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers.
