About the role
Premier People are recruiting for an experienced Secretary to join our Premier People team.
The tasks will include, however not limited to:
- Maintaining the GM's & Director's diary, including
- Scheduling site visits.
- Arranging meetings and coordinating contractor schedules.
- Organise internal meetings with the Premier People team.
- Acting on behalf of the manager to implement decisions.
- Answering general enquiries over the phone and by email.
- Liaising with clients and providing progress reports
- Filing & Maintain Records
- Ensuring approvals are in place for projects and Sites
- Ensuring project files are maintained
- Keeping induction and safety records
- Reporting and information collection
- Progress reports generated for the managers.
- Assisting with the presentation of tenders & quotations
- Review compliance to tender requirements.
- Provide copies of documentation, including insurances etc.
Maintain & Manage the Premier people internal Databases

Skills and experience
Ideally, you will have previous experience within the recruitment industry, have excellent organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
