Your contributions
- Receive and re-direct incoming calls and place outgoing calls as required;
- Receive customers and direct them to the respective staff members;
- Keep records of outgoing parcels or documents including cheques and withholding tax certificates;
- Ensure cleanness and proper image of the front desk;
- Maintain the product display kit at the reception;
- Monitor the first aid box;
- Maintain the head office first aid and replenish its contents in a timely manner;
- Sign for dispatch mail and other parcels;
- Assist the office coordinator in maintaining stationary bin card records carrying out physical stock takes;

What are we looking for?
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years’ experience in office administration or entry-level for graduates.
- Strong Customer service skills
- Planning and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
