Our team is responsible for implementing automated testing and observability management practices and frameworks, and DevSecOps initiatives. We are at the heart of all IT sectors, supporting testing and monitoring tools, as well as DevSecOps techniques, and we work closely with all our IT delivery partners.

You will use your expert knowledge to lead operational and IT initiatives and projects.

Your profile:

  • Completed bachelor’s degree OR other degree in a related field with several years of relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in delivering complex solutions
  • Knowledge of the mainframe, automated testing and continuous integration.
  • Understanding of the technical challenges and possibilities associated with development
  • Experience with Agile methodology (Agile, SAFe)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A desire for continuous learning and growth
  • Your servant-leadership approach and natural talent to manage change will increase your chances of success.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Functionally bilingual, spoken and written (English and French).
