 What do you need to succeed?

• 6 years of progressive experience as a Scrum Master
• Drive and own responsibilities of Scrum Master for multiple teams spread globally.
• Assisting the product teams with the coordination of identifying tasks for delivery, agreeing on project milestones, project planning
• Facilitating the day-to-day work of the scrum team, Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo/Review, Sprint Retrospective, unblocking impediments and ensuring the team remains as productive as possible.
• Guide the teams in planning and prioritization of work within defined Sprints, ensuring that goals are manageable in the defined sprints
• Communicate effectively with all product stakeholders, ensuring the right information is recorded, reported and distributed in the correct format, to the right people and in good time
• Empowering the scrum team, promoting self-organization to deliver sprint objectives.
• Continued Improvement of Scrum Processes. Identifying problems areas, work on new processes and then gaining agreement from the wider team before implementing these changes
• Produce Reports, Metrics, and Dashboards
• Applied knowledge of Agile framework (Scrum), and understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) & project management
• Nice to have experience with Azure DevOps tool
• Nice to have experience managing SCRUM teams from Infrastructure space
