Your profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Agile facilitation
• Solid knowledge of the Scrum and SAFe methodologies
• Work in close collaboration with the Product Owner, RTE and project lead
• Organize and facilitate team meetings
• Guide the team in optimizing Agile/Scrum practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of teams by measuring the impact of the changes made
• Promote communication between and within teams to ensure transparency
• Help teams tackle roadblocks
• Help establish well-defined sprint objectives and keep the team focused on achieving those objectives
• Act as a mediator if conflicts arise within the teams
• Guide the team in achieving self-organization

Plus:

• Knowledge of the other main Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.)
• PSM or CSM certification
• SAFe Scrum Master and/or Leading SAFe certification
• Bilingualism (French and English)
