Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Facilitate all team workshops.
- Planning, refinement sessions, sprint demos and retro.
- Supporting the Product Owner.
- Ensuring the goals are achieved.
- Scope and product vision are understood by everyone in the Scrum Team.
- Coach the team using Agile methodology in order to improve team velocity.
- Able to feel comfortable with ambiguity and changes.
- Monitor the work-flow through the sprints to keep all resources balanced.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholders engagement.
- Building trust and effective relationships with the team and the clients.
Based on Wellington CBD - WFH Flexibility.
