We are seeking a capable professional to join our team as a Sales Support and Admin. the purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service as the front line contact with our customers and to provide admin support to the Sales team, enabling the team to maximize sales and improve the customer experience.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring all copies and additional documents are supplied with the sales order prior to passing through to factory
- Correlating Sales data and presenting it in a usable form
- Prepare materials for proposal documents.
- Working closely with account managers and sales team
- Answer queries via email, telephone and provide first line client support
- Formatting documents and letters as well as other administrative support to the team
- Assist in account administration for cash sale and project based sales
- Manage office max and WINC sales portals
- Input quotes into CRM and socket
- Actively follow up on sales and prompting sales team to close deals
- Maintain samples folder

- Organised with a strong ability to multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good problem solving ability.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Self – motivated and ability to work un-supervised
- Experience in inventory based systems advantagous
