The Role:

This is a full time Melbourne based sales support and account management position, with the potential to develop into a customer facing sales role. 

You will be working very closely with the State Sales Manager, creating, maintaining and growing relationships with our valued dealers in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

Some key tasks include:

  • Responding quickly to customer queries, quote requests etc.
  • Providing backup support to Tegan (State Sales Manager), handling customer correspondence, quoting and admin tasks.
  • Presenting the company and products to potential and existing clients.
  • Delivering and presenting product samples for project evaluations
  • Proactively engaging with customers through face-to-face meetings, phone and email
  • Assisting to resolve customer issues

Career progression:

Initial 6-12 months: Working alongside and supporting the State Sales Manager, learning the business, products, customers, industry etc.

12 – 24 months: Creating, maintaining and growing relationships with existing and new accounts

24 months on: The sky is the limit!  We are a growing business with a fantastic, cohesive team and we are looking for people who want to become an integral part of our journey and grow with us.
