Job Description

Sales Representative - NSW

With ongoing growth, we have a permanent full-time position available for a sales representative to join BeA, based in Smithfield, Sydney.

The purpose of this role is primarily sales responsible for developing sales growth in the Sydney region,  all BeA clients in NSW. Further to this, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring BeA equipment reliability and integrity from our location and on client sites, coupled with customer service. 
  
Other responsibilities will include:  

Sales activities in the market to identify market opportunities to acquire  new business which results in sustainable growth, coupled with current account mantinance.

  • Develop strategies and transform these into  sales plans that deliver wins
  • Align sales activities and efforts with marketing plan and budget
  • Technical support and troubleshooting of tools and equipment.
  • Communicating with customers face to face, via email and over the phone.
  • Customer data and sales actives, record and report by reporting into CRM /  ERP computer systems.

 

To be successful you will have:  

A proven track record of success in directly driving and capitalizing on market sales opportunities – open to all industries experience in sales

  • Proven track record of delivering high standard of customer service and having a strong personal customer service ethic
  • Good personal organisation skills, including workflow management, time management and using a planned approach to deliver outcomes
  • Strong opportunity identification skills and an eye for detail on a customer’s site
  • Highly skilled in written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage time and actions autonomously, but can take guidance, direction or changes seamlessly
  • Outcome focused and determined to succeed in an ever-changing environment
  • Sales planning and reporting writing skills
  • High-level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM system
