THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to implementation of a strategic plan, our valued partner is strengthening their bow, integrating a Sales Executive – Asia, to their formidable team which will have critical impact on the global business performance.  Based in Brisbane to optimise the ability to collaborate, ultimately you will build sustainable partnerships and craft marketing initiatives, for brand elevation in an overseas market.

  SCOPE 

Working closely with the team and supported by the wider business and shared service functions, you will flex your extensive knowledge to grow existing portfolios and source further expansion to increase market share.   As a keen negotiator and a genuine team player committed to achieving mutual key business outcomes, you will be instrumental in scaling an already enviable business and quality product across Asia.

  • Executing high level strategy whilst ensuring the development of formidable partnerships;
  • Innate commercial acumen and appreciation for ultimate carcass optimization will intrinsically ensure growth and profitability;
  • Agility to build a plan around key business outcomes and execute diligently;
  • Unwavering commitment to build channels through distributors, restaurants and food service providers.

SUCCESS PROFILE

Demonstrating sales capability of branded beef across international markets, by leveraging your comfortability in this arena and self governed nature to provide best in class customer experiences, you will attest to:

  • Proven success in business development coupled with an avid awareness of beef;
  • Formidable relationship building, stakeholder engagement, influence and negotiation skills that your referees commend;
  • The ability to provide face to face engagements, travelling overseas as required to achieve measurable and fiscal outcomes;
  • Capability executing branded engagement programs and cultivated strategy to fortify positioning.
