Require skills and expertise:

• Experience in real estate or property sales will be highly regarded;
• Tech-savvy, understanding of digital marketing and online sales;
• Highly sales-oriented, ability to multitask and strong attention to details
  Ability to develop a professional relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the KPI;
• Organised, self-motivated and strong committed to work;
• Possessed of real estate agent representative certificate is mandatory 
   

Responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent sales support and service for our clients;
• Prepare the paperwork and provide administrative support for the team;
• Explore new sales opportunities from time to time;
• Attend to open house, inspections as required;
• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders and colleagues;
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required on the job.
