Job Description
We’re seeking three new Sales Development Representatives (SDR) with a hunter’s mindset to find, cold call and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services, and to pass on leads that match designated criteria as sales-qualified leads to our Business Development Managers to close.
As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs will have the right mindset to work the phones with a positive attitude and drive to achieve their monthly KPI’s (for a very generous base + commission scheme.) You should be keen to learn, able to pick things up quickly, and have strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for finding solutions that make our prospects' lives easier.
