Due to growth we are looking for a customer service guru to join our team to provide sales and administrative support.

Based in Napier, you’ll broadly be responsible for frontline contact with our customers and improve the customer experience.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Assisting with marketing campaigns, including social media and website content.
  • Answering customer queries via phone and online platforms.
  • Contacting customers per the call schedule to gain appointments.
  • Prepare and assist with quotes, proposals, reports and contracts.
  • Correlating Sales data and presenting it in a useable form. 
  • Managing and updating CRM..
  • Processing website ecommerce platform orders. 
  • Processing, dispatching and recording of customer samples.
  • Supporting Administration and Accounts Manager. 
  • Supporting Customer Service Manager. 

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Sales Support experience.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Accurate and organised.
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written). 
  • Very good data analysing skills
