About the role

 

We are looking for a skilled administrator to support our Business Development Manager, Business Manager and Directors as required.

The role is 15 - 20 hours per week - up to 8 hours per week can be home based depending on future Covid settings. 

This role will involve implementing client projects including arranging webcast presentations, organising meetings, managing and monitoring market research and engaging directly with clients.   

There are a range of administrative tasks including responding promptly to client enquiries, preparing reports for clients, gathering information on client sectors, arranging conference promotion materials and stand requirements, and organising meeting venues and liaising with speakers.

Skills and experience

 

  • Ability to build and maintain both strong external and internal relationships
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of numeracy and analytical skills
  • Logical thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in administrative and /or client service roles
  • Experience in data analytics (advantageous)
  • Understanding of the health sector is beneficial but not essential
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
