An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced RSP Account Manager based in Sydney or Melbourne.

About the Role

The RSP Account Manager role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships to retain and grow connections within a portfolio of Retail Service Providers (RSPs). 

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with RSPs and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure non-discrimination obligations are complied with in all RSP engagements
  • Reporting to RSPs regarding market share, bandwidth levels and other relevant information to help drive performance
  • Liaise with cross functional internal teams to assist with challenging requests/urgent escalations for RSP accounts
  • Deliver an exceptional RSP customer experience
  • Maintain and utilise CRM to fulfill account management plans
  • Quarterly portfolio planning, execution and review of agreed KPI’s
  • Assist with onboarding of new RSP’s to the W&I network
  • Influence and educate RSP’s on Uniti Group products, processes, and value proposition

About you:

The ideal person for this role will have/be:

  • Proven ability to build relationships with C level contract
  • Demonstrated ability to execute a growth strategy & deliver profitable revenue growth
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proven Account Manager experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively building relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who can manage priorities and their time effectively
  • Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic changing environment
  • Focused on high performance and creating excellent customer outcomes

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and relationship management
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in non-direct activity; channel or wholesale
