About the role
PAC has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Roster & Administration Officer who will be responsible for rostering staff and providing day to day administrative support at our Residential Facility (Ashfield). The primary focus of this role is to support the daily operations of the facility including rostering, orientations and training, recruitment processes, and compliance. The successful applicant will be driven and motivated with excellent interpersonal skills. This role can be very busy at times so patience and calm manner are essential to the role as much as skill base.
Work relationships are also essential part of this role to aid with the rostering process.
