In collaboration with Aon teams, you will be responsible for delivering a range of risk services to a variety of clients within our public sector, corporate and global segments. Your high quality risk advice will help clients meet their objectives by understanding their risk profile, improving risk management maturity, developing risk governance frameworks, and optimising their insurance programmes. About You To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A tertiary degree in relevant field such as Commerce, Law, or equivalent.
  • Approximately 2-4 years’ experience in risk management or professional services at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high levels of personal motivation, work ethic and organisational skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience, flexibility, and a desire to continually learn and develop new skills, behaviours and knowledge.
  • Familiarity with risk management and assurance methods, processes, and procedures, including knowledge of AS/NZ ISO 31000 (preferred).
