The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the achievement of Sales targets, engaging in Training, Team work, stock counts, and clientelling to ensure the boutique is achieving its objectives.

The Longchamp Team are passionate about the brand and motivated to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and business excellence.

The position will require working two week days and one day each weekend.

About You:
You are an experienced retail assistant, enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about fashion and retail. Additionally, you have:

• Experience in a similar role within a retail environment
• The ability to work independently using your initiative to problem solve
• Strong communication skills face to face, over email and telephone
• The ability to multi-task to support the Manager in the delivery of the boutique presentation, achievement of sales targets, completion of ecommerce dispatch requirements, and product knowledge
• An ability to demonstrate your success in meeting performance objectives
• Experience with using CRM and POS Systems
• All the attributes of a proactive, motivated, highly organised and results-driven individual.
