What we are looking for:

We are seeking an eager and motivated Retail Operations Assistant to work on a part time basis and work closely with our Training, Development and Retail Operations Manager, who you will report directly to. As a Retail Operations Assistant, you will be the key liaison between our stores and Head Office, working closely with all departments and avenues within the business. 

Some key responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of call for all store queries
• Preparing and distributing timely communications to our stores, including the bi-weekly newsletter communication and marketing briefs
• Preparing and distributing accurate catalogue and set up briefs in a timely manner
• Manage the Retail Ops email account
• Run, adjust and consolidate reports on the Monday of each week
• Arrange/coordinate and track store maintenance, including key ordering
• Organise and distribute monthly packs, including managers packs and coaching logs

To be successful in the role:

• Ability to work with deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
• Time management and ability to prioritise is a must
• Ability to adapt to quick changes and an extremely fast paced environment
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Outlook particularly) with the ability to learn new programs and systems easily
