• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions on a day to day basis
• Identifying and estimate quantities of foods, beverages and supplies to be ordered.
• Upgrading and using job- related knowledge.
• Selecting, Training, rostering and supervising waiting staff.
• Taking feedbacks from customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
• Take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking dine in and take away orders.
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
• Following and Implementing the occupational health and safety regulations , Maintain health and safety procedures of the workplace.
• Undertaking budget, reviewing profit and loss and financial transactions.
• Maintaining healthy relationship with customers
• Meeting and greeting the guests when they come to the restaurant .
• Communicating with customers, sales reps and suppliers.
• Offering personalized service to guests. Focusing on customer delight.

• Coordinating with the Owner & Chef to plan out a new menu
• Keeping a record of monthly expenses and revenues
