Casa Mia Osteria has a new opening for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team.
- Planning and organising customer functions and party related events
- Maintaining records of stock/inventory levels and financial transactions
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service standards
-Selecting, training and supervising waitressing staff, chefs and kitchen hands
- Roster and plan work shifts for any casual or part time staff
-Take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
-Handle complaints from workers and customers
Qualifications and employment experience requirement
- Relevant (Australian Qualification Framework) qualification in hospitality management
- Employment experience in food or hospitality industry highly desirable

- Meticulous customer service
- Be pro-active about regular cleaning, maintenance and general restaurant duties
- Eager to contribute to the development of the business

- Completely accountable for the restaurant at any given time
