What you will do
We are seeking a person with a good mix of administration, financial management and coordination experience.

What we need
Our ideal candidate is at an intermediate level with computers and is experienced in a range of software, with a particular focus on MYOB and strong Excel skills. Ideally, you'll have experience in SAP, SRM, Publisher and e-Travel.
Within this role you will become a key member of a small and supportive team who provide a professional and confidential service to families and personnel. This is a busy and varied role that will keep you engaged.
Equally important in this role are excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. These skills will also assist you in building strong working relationships across a diverse range of people.
A full NZ driver licence is essential.
