Job Summary:
The holder will act as a representative for all residential customers in all matters relating to sales of Bell products and services, billing, requests and complaints.
Primary responsibilities:
- Answer calls of all residential customers for all products and services offered by Bell regarding the sale, migration, billing, claims and various applications
- Proceed in the complete analysis of the client’s needs and assess sales opportunities during each customer contact while promoting the company’s products and services
- Handle all requests, complaints and claims of customers on all aspects of the customer service
- Treat the orders by respecting the quality and accuracy of information and assure coordination for the execution of the deadlines
- Meet sales targets as well as the objectives set by the service (service quality index, sales conversion rate, average talk time, number of calls answered, etc.)
- Promote the principles of personalized service in all contacts with customers
- Maintain and ensure close monitoring of agreed follow up with customers
- Perform any related work necessary
Minimum requirements:
- Administration DEC or equivalent work experience
- Experience in sales (an asset)
- Knowledge of computer tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
