The Reservations Generalist role is a great opportunity for someone with Hotel or travel reservations experience to join our fast passed evolving team.
As a member of the Reservations team, you'll be responsible for handing all reservations for our 4.5 and 5 star hotels, restaurant bookings, and handling general queries about SkyCity NZ and Adelaide.
You'll need to have a strong customer service ethic and a first class telephone manner.
Previous experience in a hotel/Reservations or sales environment is essential and knowledge of OPERA PMS system required. You'll also have superb communication skills and the ability to work in a close knit team, be enthusiastic and have plenty of energy.
The Contact Centre and Reservations team operate on a 24/7 rostered basis and as such we are looking for someone with flexibility who is able to work across various shifts.
