The Role:
Working within the Taupo, the Renewals Project Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of all aspects of renewal activities including:
You will ensure that the deliverables are achieved making best use of supply chain partner and internal resources, with a focus on achieving outstanding outcomes for the customers of the Taupo Network.
You will manage the processes associated with the provision of the physical works including safety, traffic management, quality, environmental, financial, resource management in the delivery of assigned works to ensure the Taupo meets the required levels of service.
About you:
Between 5-10 years’ experience with renewal activities, and able to demonstrate good understanding of construction processes, plant suitability and productivity. Some survey experience would be beneficial.
Ultimately working collaboratively with the management team to maximise Downer’s commercial success through the development and implementation of Downer business strategies and processes
You will also have a strong track record that clearly demonstrates leadership behaviours that empower others coupled with a proven track record in developing a culture that supports Health and Safety management, encouraging and rewarding excellence.
