In this role you will be providing a great customer experience as well as risk-reduction as changes and releases are both tested and be responsible for the planning and coordination of all phases and activities involved in releasing into controlled environments for the Business Systems team.

You will also:

• manage new and changed user access to the Business Systems applications
• facilitate release meetings and will develop the release recommendation and release deployment plans, identifying priorities, conflicts, dependencies and risks for the release.
