About the role

This diverse, fast paced and exciting role will see you directly reporting to the State Sales Manager. This unique opportunity would suit an individual who is self-motivated and loves the challenge of creating new business opportunities, while also supporting existing clients in their ongoing growth journey. Here’s what you’ll be doing

 

  • Developing and nurture new and existing relationships with key Business Decisions makers (primarily in Learning and Development, HR, Change) with the goal of establishing a fit between their requirements and our services
  • Identifying and securing opportunities – following Industry trends and understanding learning requirement drivers
  • Project/Administration Management – managing the administration that comes with facilitating client requirements
  • Sales activity – calls, emails, meetings (in-person and virtual), logistics liaison
  • Strategic Account development – planning how to engage key clients and build relationships
  • Collaborating with the internal delivery team to execute on client commitments


Experience and Qualifications

  • 2+ years Account/Relationship management, Business development or recruitment experience  
  • B2B sales selling business services/solutions and a demonstrable understanding of the sales process
  • Demonstrable experience achieving sales targets and KPI’s
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills
  • Sound networking & relationship building skills with a strong focus on identifying & creating effective and lasting partnerships with key decision makers
  • Emotionally and socially intelligent
  • A self-motivated, strategic, methodical approach to sales
  • Honesty, integrity, and accountability
