What is the opportunity?
As the Relationship Manager Officer, you have a dual function between an Relationship Manager Officer and a key contributor in the business management team. You will support the Front Office team not only with the required Relationship Manager Officer duties but also with a focus pillar on Service & Platform to help drive the Wealth Management Asia business growth strategy.
What will you do?
To provide full marketing and administrative support to Relationship Manager (RM)
Liaison with internal departments regarding execution and settlement of trades, delivery of securities, corporate action, payments and receipt of funds, renewal and repayment of loans
Liaison with external counterparts and clients/prospects regarding account opening and client servicing matters
Check daily transaction list to ensure trades are processed correctly, prepare and send trade confirmations to clients
Input of client transaction orders into the system
Preparation of RM’s business trip and client meetings
Assist in other adâ€hoc projects and client related matters
Deputizing other Relationship Manager Officer on adâ€hoc basis
Works collaboratively and endeavours to build good working relationships with other key stakeholders
Provide administrative support to Business Manager and Head of Business Location
Lead the Front Office service and platform transformation and support Wealth Management Asia’s strategic digital platform roadmap
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Degree Holder
CACS Paper 1 and 2
At least 5 years of Relationship Manager Officer experience in a Private Bank
Good spoken and written English is a must
Formal business Chinese with an understanding towards simplified and/or traditional Chinese
Nice-to-have
Avaloq system knowledge is preferred
