The role

Working FT or PT as a Provisional Psychologist, you will be using your clinical expertise and skills to support and own your client’s journey as they return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury. You will influence and guide your clients to achieve the results that they’ve identified through a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.

In this role, you’ll be….

• Conducting motivational interviews to support an integration back into life
• Supporting psychosocial re-engagement
• Providing a holistic approach to return-to-work
• Facilitating discussions between workers and employers to repair and rebuild workplace relationships
• Develop confidence in your clients to help them find new employment

What we are looking for:

• Eligible for Provisional registration with AHPRA
• Strong client focus and the ability to build relationships with a range of people
• A current, or ability to hold a Working with Children Check
• Willingness to travel to Melbourne CBD at least twice a week
