This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor with sound clinical skills and a driving passion to assist injured people to return back to work!

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work in our personal injury division which provides services through federal and state-based Workers Compensations, Motor Accident Schemes, Life Insurance, Australian Defence Force and Military redeployment sector.

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting people who have sustained psychological or physical injury
• Assessing needs and providing effective solutions and safe return to work plans
• Liaising with clients, medical practitioners, employers to achieve positive outcomes

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ideally, 6-12 months of Occupational Rehabilitation/Case Management experience
• Current registration with AHPRA or ASORC
• Degree qualified with current clinical skills
• A valid full driver's licence
• Sound clinical reasoning abilities and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team
• Be highly motivated, work collaboratively, love a challenge and can build strong relationships
