On this growth journey, we’re looking for talented and motivated Psychologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Social Workers and Provisional Psychologists.
About the role:
Working as a Rehabilitation Consultant, located in Darwin, you will support people who have sustained physical injury by assessing their needs and providing effective solutions that sees them safely return to life and return to existing or new employment.
In this role, you will:
Conduct motivational interviews to support an integration back into life
Support psychosocial re-engagement
Provide an holistic approach to return-to-work
Facilitate discussions between workers and employers to repair and rebuild workplace relationships
Develop confidence in your clients to help regain existing, or find new employment

What will make you successful:
Current registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC
Effective communications skills to portray your recommendations in medical reports
Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support patient outcomes
Excellent time management and organizational skills
