Opportunity
We are currently looking for proactive individuals with a keen eye to step into a permanent full-time role as a Registry Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Graduate looking to get some experience within the Finance Industry.

Based in our Wellington Spark building, the key purpose of this role is to ensure client investments are administered accurately and that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently met. This position also requires the delivery of superior customer service and high-quality outcomes for our clients.

What you will bring:

  • The desire to start a career in the finance industry, and to work with TE to develop your skills
  • A relevant qualification in the finance industry or similar.
  • Previous experience in an operations environment.
  • Excellent client services skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including a high level of proficiency in MS Office.
  • Adaptability, a willingness to learn and excellent time management.
  • The ability to take ownership of a problem or task and see it through to a timely and successful conclusion.
  • Knowledge of and previous experience with Unit Trusts and/or KiwiSaver is preferred but not essential.
  • The ability to contribute positively to a team.
