We are the proud Owner and Operator of 19 Residential Facilities throughout New Zealand and growing. We specialize in Aged Care Services, from Rest home and hospital, through to dementia care.

We have a permanent full time role for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse at our Karadean Court is the only specialist aged care facility in the area. Our beautiful facility is situated in the tranquil, rural town of Oxford, which overlooks stunning views over the hills in mid-Canterbury, close to local shops, cafes and the library.

About you:
- Hold a current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate
- Have a genuine desire to work with the elderly and be able to make positive changes in their lives
- Motivated and passionate about providing high quality, individualized care
- Have the ability to work well individually as well as part of a team
- Caring, compassionate and build meaningful relationships
- Attentive, organized and can manage your own workload
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

About the Role:
- You will be responsible for the nursing needs of our residents
- Make daily rounds and complete all appropriate assessments
- Collaborate on individual care plans, addressing issues and determining achievable goals
- You will administer medication, accurately maintaining appropriate records
- You’ll supervise and direct the day to day activities of our health care assistants
- Ensure that supplies are utilized effectively, and that equipment is maintained in a safe manner
