We have multiple positions for experienced Registered Nurses to join our enthusiastic, dedicated surgical team; Inpatient Surgical Unit at WhakatÄne Hospital. These are 0.8 FTE permanent part-time positions working 64 hours per fortnight.
The key focus of this role will be developing skills and knowledge across a range of specialties including Surgical, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics and medical through the delivery of care to patients.
Knowledge of Tikanga, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and the principles of Kaupapa MÄori is also an asset. Applicants must be committed to implementing Te Toi Ahorangi strategy to ensure patients and their whÄnau move towards Toi Ora.
