We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a current NZNC practising certificate to join our Outpatient Nursing team at Wairau Hospital in Blenheim, on a permanent basis, working 64 hours a fortnight. The role provides nursing care to support patients through their outpatient journey and requires you to be adaptable to change, resourceful and flexible to service needs. Shifts will be rostered and rotating Monday to Sunday.

You will be a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice, with excellent organisational and time management skills and a commitment to quality and achieving best possible outcomes for our patients/families and whānau.

You will have well-developed assessment skills and will ideally have general medical and/or surgical nursing experience and the ability to work with/learn the use of information technology programmes used in the Outpatient department.

For the health and safety of both staff and patients, and in line with the Health Order, all NMH staff are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
