We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with Mental Health experience to join our team as a Case Manager with the Adult Community Mental Health and Addiction Services.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at Whakatāne hospital.

The successful applicant will be confident to provide high quality, mental health status and risk assessments, crisis interventions and liaison with a variety of individuals and services, as well as care coordination, treatment planning and interventions.

A minimum of two years' postgraduate experience in Mental Health is preferred.
