Your responsibilities

• Ownership of project management and orders delivery activities in terms of planning, scheduling, cost, scope, ordering and customer satisfaction in coordination with operations manager. Follow rigorously with zero tolerance ABB HSE recommendations and safety measure with zero tolerance.
• Take necessary measures to ensure performance is up to ABB quality standards across the project lifecycle, provide internal and external customer support such as but not limited to order assistance, payment-related assistance and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operation, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinate resolution with after-sales service and/or spare parts teams.
• Proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs and clarify any questions and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
• Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information. Track regular target performance and provides results to management.
• Develop, implement and maintain customer support processes. Participate in customer support related development projects (e.g. tools, competences, resources).
• Deliver the scope of work on time, on cost and on quality and work closely with sales team to annually assess their need to achieve target.

Your background

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical).
• 6+ years of experience.
• Knowledge on Drives and Motors, order processing system and SAP, LCs, BGs.
• Good knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.
• Good team player.
• Basware System, BOL, SAP, OMS.
• Fluency in English language is required.
