This key New Zealand focused Recruitment support role (1 of 3 in the ANZ team structure) will manage day to day recruitment support duties across a broad range of key tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Total Talent function across permanent and contractor hiring. Supporting a team of 8+ Recruitment Managers and 5 offshore resourcers, this role will focus on delivering compliant, over and above recruitment administration services to all new hires, ensuring accurate data, contract set up and timesheeting / invoicing compliance.
Being part of a current, capable and fun large Talent team spread across multiple states and reporting into our experienced Program Director, the primary objective of the this full-time role is to:
-Own and deliver the highest quality recruitment support to the broader Talent team
-Support all Client and Candidate documentation, completion and compliance
-Manage permanent and contractor new hire set ups, including certification checking, references, contract management, rate set up and system related duties
-Documentation management and process efficiency, including owning accurate system data and any reporting requirements
-Contractor care focus, including retrieving contracts, system set ups, answering queries and questions as part of pre-boarding and on-boarding
-Proactive sourcing support to the busy Recruitment Managers, including chasing details from hiring managers, the broader talent team and placed candidates
-Regular timesheet set up and chasing, contract extension support and over servicing contractors with regular check ins and relationship development
-Invoicing allocation for approval, processing and general administration as and when required
-System testing and other project support duties
-Participate in all Team activities and training
-Use of Microsoft suite, Internal ATS system, Job Boards, as well as other payroll / Finance systems and onboarding portals
Required Experiences / Skills
-A real passion for and making a difference within a busy Recruitment function
-Success and experience in contractor management and new hire set ups (preferred)
-Solid Recruitment administration and coordination experience and knowledge (preferred)
-Good knowledge and experience in systems and document control
-High customer service values and over and above service skills
-Intermediate organisational and administration skills coupled with computer literacy and database management
-System and reporting experience (preferred)
-Demonstrated ethics, integrity and judgement skills due to the sensitive information you will manage day to day
-Ability to be a strong team player, flexible, professional and nothing is too hard attitude!
