Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing positive and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Reception and general administration duties
  • Telephone based customer service, creating and confirming appointments, making recalls and answering incoming calls

Skills and experience required:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years reception/administrative experience, preferably in a medical environment
  • A strong customer service ethic and impeccable communication skills with the ability to assist patients with empathy
  • Well presented and reliable with a bright and positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure sometimes
  • Excellent typing and computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Windows
  • Motivated with a can-do attitude
  • The ability to work as part of a team
