An exciting opportunity exists for a super-star Receptionist (Client Experience Coordinator) to join our vibrant and diverse South Melbourne based team.

The Job!

Key duties will include;

  • Be the first fabulous face our Clients and Team members see when they walk through the door.
  • Blow our clients minds away with your level of Customer Service and your ability to nail their beverage order every time (with a little help from our CRM)!!
  • Ensure the office space makes Marie Kondo proud, with how organised you are.
  • Run the meeting room bookings
  • Show us your ability to multi-task with your talent to manage inbound phone calls and queries. All while processing incoming and outgoing mail and other documents; including organisation of couriers, and Ubers
  • Put those online shopping skills into place (that were no doubt sharpened during lockdown) with the ordering of supplies and distribution for all offices.
  • Keep the team informed with all office related activities
  • Support organisation of events and any marketing activities
  • You will also be skilled up as our First Aider and Fire Warden

About You!

We are looking for an equally passionate individual, who wants to embrace their job and will take genuine enjoyment out of coming to work every day. The successful individual will be smiley, bubbly, friendly and have superb organisational and interpersonal skills.

You will also have;

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Captivating communication; including excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask; and highly organised.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team and create an overall team spirit
  • High level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters

Previous Experience may include (highly regarded but not essential);

  • Experience in a similar front desk role
  • Experience within residential or commercial real estate
  • Hospitality, concierge, venue or function role
