North Harbour facilities have recently been substantially expanded to include the North Clinic site, and associated procedure rooms and specialist consulting facilities. Our surgical specialities include General Surgery, Gynaecology, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Urology, Orthopaedic surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, urology, Otolaryngology and Robotic surgery.


About the role:


We are currently searching for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role will be a combination of Receptionist duties and administration support. You will be working with an experienced management team and as such we require a ‘positive, can do attitude', being adaptable and responsive to the changing needs of the business, as well as having excellent communication skills.


This role has the option to be either part time or full time.


To be successful you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Fabulous telephone manner with great interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computing/typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in using a patient management system/application
  • Able to manage prioritising a demanding workload
  • Pride in your personal appearance
