The reception role is a key service delivery role within our organisation. We are looking for an outstanding multi skilled administrator to delivering professional service to our clients, visitors and employees. 

The successful candidate should showcase excellent personal presentation, strong problem-solving skill and attention to detail along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle complaints. You will also have professional communication and interpersonal skills and consistently work towards enhancing the reputation of the company by providing a premium service to clients, visitors and employees.

The role will be responsible for:

  • Operating the front desk Monday through Friday from 9-5pm 
  • Address all telephone calls in a prompt, efficient and professional manner referring the call to the most appropriate staff member
  • Receipting and booking all couriers
  • Greeting all visitors ensuring that they sign in correctly and are adhering to COVID measures
  • Programming of location access cards
  • Maintaining visitor parking allocation
  • Facilities duties ensuring that the meeting rooms are tidy whiteboards are clean, utilities and machines are restocked
  • Assist with meeting catering as required
  • Carry out new starter building introduction
  • Ad-hoc Facilities administrative work

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous Reception and business administration experience
  • Previous switchboard experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
