We require a well presented, bubbly, enthusiastic person with excellent communication and organisation skills, and attention to detail, to join our team, at Footprints Podiatry, Barrington.
This role has multiple responsibilities, often switching back and forth between tasks effectively.
You will be sole charge on reception, working closely with the podiatrist on duty, and liasing with our offsite practice manager, to ensure a smooth running office.
This is a part-time position, 13.5 hrs per week, Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday afternoons, 1.30pm - 6pm. The capacity to fill in when required, covering sick leave or annual leave is advantageous.
A high level of computer literacy is essential.
You will be dealing face to face with our daily clientele, taking payments, rescheduling, taking phone bookings for four sites, clearing email queries, assisting clinicians with day to day operation of the clinic, as well as maintaining the office/clinic space including full cleaning duties.
